New Service Launch: Commercial Valuations and Plans & Boundary Analysis in the East Midlands

We are pleased to announce the launch of two new services at ALS Consulting: Commercial Property Valuations and Plans & Boundary Analysis, now available across the East Midlands.

Our new commercial valuation service covers a range of smaller-scale commercial and mixed-use properties, including retail units, offices, industrial premises and properties with residential elements. As a RICS-qualified valuation surveyor, we provide clear, well-supported reports for a variety of purposes, including probate, tax (CGT and IHT), pension-related matters such as SSAS and SIPP, and general private client advice.

We understand that clients require more than just a figure. Our approach to commercial property valuation focuses on delivering practical, reliable advice based on market evidence, property characteristics and the specific purpose of the report. This ensures valuations are suitable for professional, legal and financial use.

Alongside this, we are introducing plans and boundary analysis services, including Land Registry compliant plans, title plans, lease plans and boundary surveys. These services support property transactions, legal matters and ownership clarification. By combining surveying expertise with accurate CAD-based drawings, we provide plans that are both precise and fit for purpose.

These new services complement our existing residential surveys and valuations, allowing us to support clients across a wider range of property matters throughout Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire and the wider East Midlands.
